How it all works
To be or not to be…
Everybody wants to be something! What do you want to be?
The myth
It took several years to complete a study in Germany to reveal that the myth that states that overweight people have more fat cells than skinny people is proved to be not true. During the study, they discovered that every human being on the planet has more or less the same amount of fat cells (adipose cells) in the body. Physiologically it is impossible to gain more fat cells or to lose fat cells. For example, you cannot gain more fat cells by eating sugary foods or the inverse by losing fat cells by sweating in the gym. The only difference between overweight people and skinny people is the density and the circumference of the fat cells. In other words, the higher the density of the fat cell and the bigger the circumference, the fat cell equates to higher volume and higher volume equates to an increase in body weight.
After understanding the above, you need to know that fat cells can shrink and also increase in size. Therefore, skinny people can become overweight and overweight people can become skinny. On each fat cell sits a receptor, that receptor needs to get a message from the brain to open for all ingredients to penetrate into the fat cell. The fat burning process will start and break down the fat into a liquid form.

How you lose the fat?
Another unique discovery was made during this study, on each of the fat cells, you will find seven so-called water channels that are used to drain the liquid fat to your urinal system. So, this means that you actually urinate out the unwanted fat, which causes the fat cell to dehydrate and ultimately loses its density and decrease in size which results in the fabulous body you always wanted.

Phases to Feeling Fabulous
Phase 1: Detox
Most people suffering from obesity cannot lose weight because their endocrine system is not functioning correctly. This means that essential nutrients cannot be delivered in the correct dosage or place. Toxins build up, triggering addiction and overeating, spike insulin and inflammation which makes you store belly fat. This blocks your ability to feel full. One2b fab uses several ingredients known for their detoxification abilities.
Phase 2: Fat Burning Cycle
One may feel nauseous and have headaches in the days preceding phase 2. Once the endocrine system is functioning normally one will already feel more invigorated and energized. The Phase 2 onset becomes more effective and faster. Nutrients now try to eliminate added sugars and carbs through a signalling method by increasing satiety levels and reducing cravings for sweet foods. Thermogenesis also accelerates the process and one will feel that you have more energy than ever before. This is not only the pill doing its work but your body that reacts to changes it has made by aid of the pill.
In one or two weeks your body will have moved into ketosis and results both physical and mental will be evident within 7-10 days.
Phase 3: Feeling Fabulous
Known as the calorie deficit zone which is the only proven theory of all weight loss. One’s body now burns calories for energy instead of using carbohydrates and sugars. One2b fab helps regulate appetite and cravings so that you feel full and at the same time have abundant energy to perform optimally.
